By clicking “Get started” below, you will install the “Kidsee” app (the “App”) and agree with Alenrom sp. z o.o. (“we” or “us”), a company registered in Warsaw, Poland, at ul. Chodakowska 53/57/22A, to abide by these terms and conditions.
All copyright in the App belongs to us, including the trademarks “Kidsee” and associated logos. You may use the App solely for personal and non-commercial purposes. Any copying, reproduction, publication, or commercial exploitation of any part of the App or its Marks without our prior written consent is strictly prohibited. Additionally, any form of automated access, unsolicited communications, or interference with the system’s integrity is not allowed.
The app provides parents and legal guardians with tools to monitor the devices of children and individuals under their care. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses resulting from the use of the App, including interference beyond its intended purpose. We make no guarantees regarding the availability, reliability, or accuracy of the App, and we are not liable for any disruptions or failures in service. Some functionality of the App is available free of charge, while access to certain premium or extended features requires a paid subscription or additional purchase. The features included in each plan or package may vary and will be clearly communicated at the point of purchase.
The App may use third-party services and APIs, and your use of such services is subject to their respective terms and conditions.
Usage of the App may incur charges related to internet or network access, for which we are not liable.
The App offers subscription plans (weekly, monthly, and yearly) that grant access to premium features. All subscriptions are set to automatically renew at the end of the billing cycle unless canceled at least 24 hours prior to the renewal date. The renewal will be charged to the same payment method used for the initial purchase, unless you update your payment details in advance.
If you subscribed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, any billing, cancellations, or refund requests must be handled directly through the respective store and are subject to their policies. We are not able to process refunds for purchases made via these platforms.
If you subscribed through our website or directly via Stripe, payments are generally nonrefundable unless required by applicable law. No partial refunds are provided for unused time or features. Any exceptions are granted at our sole discretion.
We may also offer free trials for certain subscription plans. Unless canceled before the end of the trial period, the applicable subscription fee will be charged once the trial expires. Only one trial may be redeemed per user.
By providing your email address or phone number, you consent to receive notifications related to the Service. Your feedback may be used to improve the App and provide you with a better service. You may opt out of marketing messages at any time, but this may result in missing important updates.
We may amend these terms from time to time. You will be notified of such changes via email or through the App. Your continued use of the App after such notification constitutes acceptance of the changes.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the App or any part of it at any time without prior notice. We will strive to minimize disruptions for users when making changes, but we cannot guarantee that any feature or service will be available at all times.
Any legal disputes related to these Terms will be resolved exclusively under the laws of Poland.
By using the App, you consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of the App. If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
