Privacy Policy

Last Revised: 3 September 2025

This page (the “Privacy Policy”) outlines the policies and procedures that Alenrom sp. z o.o. (“we,” “us,” or “Kidsee”) has implemented to protect the privacy of our users.

1. What information does the Kidsee app collect and how is it used?

1.1. We collect and store the information that you provide to us when you register as a Kidsee app user, which includes your name and email address. The primary reason for collecting your email address is to facilitate your use of the Kidsee app. We also use this information to communicate with you, provide updates about the Kidsee app (including our products and offers that may be available from time to time), and seek your feedback. In the future, we may use it to inform you about any future partners and the various services they may offer, or create anonymous and/or de-identified data records from your personal information by excluding information (such as your name) that makes the data personally identifiable.

1.2. We automatically collect information about how you use the Kidsee app, including your schedules, device operating systems, IP addresses, etc. We analyze this information to troubleshoot any issues users may encounter, understand how our products are being used, and identify areas for improvement.

1.3. If you enable the location tracking feature on a device, we collect that device's location data, as well as any geo-fence zones you set up. Location data is used solely for the delivery of the location tracking feature and is deleted from our systems 7 days after collection.

1.4. Certain features of the Kidsee app may use third-party APIs to provide functionality. By using these features, you agree to be bound by the respective third-party privacy policies. Specifically, if we collect any data via these services, such data will be used solely for the purpose of providing the respective functionality and will be deleted after 7 days.

1.5. If you provide us access to any data connected to your Google account, you can revoke this access via the Google security settings page

1.6. When you subscribe to premium or paid features, we collect and process certain subscription and transaction-related data, such as your subscription plan, purchase date, renewal status, and limited payment information provided by third-party processors (e.g., Stripe, Apple, Google). We do not store your full credit or debit card details. This information is used solely to manage your subscription, process billing, and provide customer support.

2. Do you share information with third parties?

2.1. We do not share your personal information with third parties except in the following circumstances:

  • 2.1.1. with your consent;
  • 2.1.2. with third-party vendors, consultants, and service providers who work for us and need access to your information to perform their services, and who are required by contract not to use your personal information for any purpose other than to provide the requested services;
  • 2.1.3. to comply with laws or respond to lawful requests and legal processes, to protect the rights and property of Kidsee, our agents, customers, members, and others, including enforcing our agreements, policies, and terms of use, or in an emergency to protect the personal safety of any person;
  • 2.1.4. in connection with any merger, financing, acquisition, or transaction involving the sale, transfer, divestiture, or disclosure of all or a portion of our business or assets to another company; or
  • 2.1.5. in the event of insolvency, bankruptcy, or receivership, your information may also be transferred as a business asset.

2.2 We may also share aggregated or de-identified information.

2.3. We do not share location data with any third parties for any reason.

3. What about children’s data?

We do not allow children under the age of 13 to register for the Kidsee app. Depending on how you use our services, you might provide us with data that could potentially identify your children. This might occur if you:
- use an email address that could identify you;
- use your children’s names to identify their devices;
- the combination of your name and your children’s names is sufficient to identify them.

We do not use this data, and any access to it is limited to necessary maintenance and development of Kidsee’s products. Any data relating to a child’s device usage is collected and processed solely for the purpose of providing the parental control features of the App. We do not use children’s data for advertising, profiling, or sale to third parties. Access to such data is strictly limited to the operation and maintenance of the App and is deleted when no longer necessary for these purposes.

4. What do you do regarding payment data?

If you make any purchases through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, billing and payment information is collected and processed directly by Apple or Google and is subject to their respective privacy policies. We do not have access to your complete payment information for such transactions.

If you make a purchase directly from us via our website, your payment is processed by third-party providers such as Stripe. In these cases, we may receive limited information (e.g., a transaction ID, subscription status, or masked card details), but we do not store or process your full payment information ourselves.

5. What do you do to keep personal data secure?

We are committed to protecting the security of your personal information. We utilize various industry-standard security technologies and procedures to help protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. While we make reasonable efforts to safeguard your personal information, no security measure is entirely foolproof, and we cannot guarantee the security of your information.

6. What about GDPR?

We comply with the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). To the extent we use your personal data, we consider that this is reasonably necessary to protect and promote your and our legitimate interests in providing Kidsee’s products and services. Specifically, (i) we do not collect any information other than what is necessary for providing products and services; (ii) we use contact details to inform you about our products and services; (iii) we also use contact details for promotional offers and additional services, which benefit both you and us; (iv) we take reasonable steps to secure the data we collect; and (v) we do not retain data of individuals who are no longer users of Kidsee. You have the right to access, rectify, erase, or port your personal data, as well as to restrict or object to its processing. To exercise these rights, please contact us at support@kidsee.app. We will respond to all requests in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

7. How can you contact us if you have any questions?

If you have any questions, concerns, or complaints about our Privacy Policy or our data collection and processing practices, or if you want to report any security violations to us, please contact us at support@kidsee.app.
