Why did apps disappear from my child’s device?

If you enabled age restrictions using the blocking feature, all apps that exceed the selected age level are automatically removed from your child’s device.They no longer appear on the home screen or in the list of apps in the phone’s settings.Additionally, apps that fall under the age restriction become unavailable for download from the App Store — your child won’t be able to install them while the restriction is active.

How to fix this

1. On the parent’s device, open the Kidsee app.

2. Find the section “Block apps by age category”.

3. Turn off this setting to remove the age restrictions.

4. After that, the apps that were previously hidden will reappear on your child’s device and become accessible again.
