Locks and limits aren't working on the child's Android device.

To ensure Kidsee works correctly on a Android device, you need to check two main settings. This guide covers the two most important permissions to review on your child's phone: Accessibility and Battery.

Check Accessibility Permission

‍This is the main permission Kidsee uses to block apps and websites.

‍1. Open Settings on your child's device.

‍2. Tap on Accessibility.

‍‍3. Tap on Installed apps.

‍4. Find Kidsee in the list and make sure the toggle is ON.

‍Set Battery to Unrestricted

‍This ensures the app can always run in the background.

‍1. Open Settings on child’s device.

‍2. Tap on Battery.

‍3. Tap on Background usage limits.

‍4. Tap on Never auto sleeping apps.

5. Tap the plus icon (+) in the top right corner.‍

‍6. Select Kidsee from the list and tap Add.
