How to Add Multiple Parents to Manage a Child’s Device

1. Open the child’s profile
On the parent’s device, tap the child’s name to open their profile modal.

2. Go to the “Family” section
In the profile, find and tap on the “Family” option.

3. Select “Add Parent”
‍Tap this option to start the process of connecting a second parent.

4. Save the connection PIN code
A PIN code will appear on the screen — you’ll need it to connect the second parent.

5. Install the Kidsee app
Ask the second parent to download the Kidsee app from the App Store,or send them a download link.

6. Launch Kidsee on the second parent’s device and select the “Parent” role
When opening the app for the first time, choose the “Parent” flow.

7. Tap “Join Existing Family”
After selecting the role, tap on “Join Existing Family”.

8. Enter the PIN code
Enter the PIN shown on the first parent’s screen.

Done!
The connection is complete — both parents can now manage the child’s device together.
